  1. Election of Chairman and the signing of the acceptance of office.
  2. Election of Vice-Chairman and the signing of acceptance of office.
  3. To consider Apologies for Absence.
  4. To receive Declaration of Pecuniary Interests.
  5. To sign as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 6 April 2017.
  6. To confirm the Councillors Responsibilities for:-

6.1    Planning.

6.2   Deputy Planning Councillor.

6.3   Grass cutting and safety inspections at Beetley River Meadows.

6.4   Weekly Safety Inspections at Beetley River Meadows Play Area.

6.5   Bottle Bank.

6.6   Footpaths.

6.7   Community Car.

  1. To confirm the Deputy Community Car Co-ordinator.
  2. To confirm the Internal Auditor for 2016/17.
  3. To confirm the signatories for the Barclays Bank Account.
  4. To receive reports from the County and District Councillors.
  5. Matters for Report

11.1   To receive a report on the Duck Race

11.2   To receive a report on the pavilion.

11.3   To receive a report on a defibrillator for the parish.

11.4   To receive a report regarding the holiday lodges on Elmham Road.

11.5   To receive a report on the maintenance of the bus shelter at East Bilney.

12.1   Applications.

12.1.1 3PL/2017/0478/D-Development Site to the Rear of the Paddocks-four dwellings and garages.

12.1.2 3PL/2017/0443/HOU-19 Fakenham Road-remove single storey extension to the rear, construct new single storey extension to rear. Re-roof garage.

12.2   Decisions.

12.2.1 3PL/2017/0171/O-Conway 49 Elmham Road- new dwelling and garage.  O    Permission

12.2.2 3PL/2017/0204/HOU-St Fillans 40 Elmham Road- two storey side extension.   N/O    Permission.

14.1    To receive a report on the area.

14.2   To note the timing for the RoSPA Inspection.

14.3   To receive a report on the fencing.

  1.  Open Spaces

15.1   To note any problems.

15.2   To consider a request for crossing rights of the Common from Roosting Hills Trout Fishery.

15.3   To consider the maintenance at the Town Lands

  1. Finance

16.1   Budgets as circulated.

16.2   To consider membership of CAN.

16.3    Balances and cheques for authorisation as circulated.

16.4   To consider a donation to the Beetley Common Advisory Committee.

16.5   To approve the Annual Governance Statement for 2015/16

16.6   To approve the Accounting Statement for 2015/16.

16.7   To note the recycling payment for 2016/17.

  1. Better Broadband for Norfolk.
  2. To consider the delivery of the Beetley Buzz.
  3. Correspondence to be circulated as per list.
  4.  Matters for next meeting (not for discussion).
  5.  To confirm that the next meeting of Beetley Parish Council is to be held on Thursday 1st June 2017 at 7.30p.m. at Beetley and East Bilney Village Hall.
