    16.3     Balances and cheques for authorisation as circulated.
    16.4     To consider a donation to the Beetley Common Advisory Committee.
    16.5     To approve the exemption certificate for the accounts for 2017/18
    16.6    To approve the Annual Governance Statement for 2017/18
    16.7     To approve the Accounting Statement for 2017/18.
    16.8    To note the recycling payment for 2017/18.
    16.9    To note the increase agreed for the salary of local government employees.
