Mid Norfolk Workout Group

Thanks to the National Lottery’s Heritage Lottery Fund, the new Mid Norfolk Workout Group offers local people the chance to have a great free day out – activities include tree planting, creating paths, identifying wildlife and restoring habitats – at local sites including Longham Claypits and Hoe Rough.

People DON’T need to be fit or strong to take part or have any previous knowledge. A minibus picks up outside Dereham Post Office at 10.45am on Fridays, returning there at 2.45pm. Or people can meet us on site: sessions run from 11.15am to 2.15pm.

For a full programme of this friendly group’s activities (with site locations) or any other enquiries, contact Mark Webster on 07843 069 567 or via m.webster@tcv.org.uk or see www.tcv.org.uk/norfolk
